
Physical education is conducted with the realization that our bodies need training and care, just as our minds do. Our philosophy is that PE should be fun, and the mood and tone of this class removes the intimidation some may feel about a competitive or athletic setting.
Our focus is on three key areas:
- Stretching and preparing for activity.
- Calisthenics to limber up important muscle groups.
- Cardiovascular exercise, including running, games, and activities to build muscle tone and endurance.
